Kevin has been a licensed Realtor serving hundreds of families in Hampton Roads since 1987. He has extensive experince with relocating buyers, military transfers, investors, new construction and especially waterfront property. In addition to his experience with buyers, Kevin has listed and sold properies ranging in value from the lowest  to the highest prices available in our market. Buyer Representation

Kevin offers to all purchasers a free "Buyer Counseling Appointment". During this meeting Kevin will explain the buying process from beginning to end. He will cover the Purchass Agreement from top to bottom and when you actally "hit the street" you will be armed with knowledge that will help you the buyer make a better, more informed decision.

Personal Information
Kevin has lived in the Tidewater area since 1983 and has marketed and sold homes in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Porsmouth, Suffolk, Chesapeake, Isle of Wight and Hampton since 1987. He has 3 boys, Kurtis born in 1990, Wesley in 1995 and Harrison in 2000 (surprise Daddy!). Kevin has been serving on the PTA Board for  the Linkhorn Park Elementary School for 12 years serving two terms as President from 2000-2002 and Vice President in 2005.
